The I-93 Exit 28 Visitor Center is offering two commercial spaces in the building on Rte, 49/Vintinner Road. Ideal location and existing foot traffic of over 40,000 annually make these two areas extremely value-added leases. The spaces consist of the following:

Space Description Minimize

Space #1 - Approximately 550 sq. ft. with separate entrance. Utilities included. Skylights. Ideal business to utilize and build on existing traffic - visitors, homebuyers, regional & out-of-state recreationalists, both families and couples

 

Space #2 - Approximately 675 sq. ft. with main entrance. Work with regional Visitors Services organization to provide member & information services as well as state licenses and registrations. Ideal for "Information at a Profit" retailer of hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing products, including maps, books, souvenirs, etc. Also responsible for rest room operations and maintenance.

 

Option: These spaces may be combined, for a total of approximately 1,200 sq. ft.

 

Selection Process: Letters of Interest for each space accepted by Visitor Center Taskforce prior to December 1, 2009. Three of those deemed most qualified for each space then to submit a price per square foot proposal. Pending approval, tenant available to commence January 1, 2010 or thereafter.
